Coney Green Business Centre offers 2 high quality conference rooms, both with air conditioning.  The rooms have a flexible layout which can be arranged to suit the hirers needs.

 

There is also a small meeting room that is set out in a boardroom style.

 

All 3 rooms are fitted with hearing loop, data projection facilities, wireless broadband internet connection and chilled water dispenser.

 

The reception staff will see to refreshments and meet and greet visitors.

 

 

 

The main conference room has seating for:

 

Up to 70 people theatre style

 

Up to 36 people boardroom style

 

Up to 36 people cabaret style

 

The room can be hired for a full day, or half day.

Meeting room hire includes the use of the water tower, (OHP), flip chart stand/paper plus pens, dry-wipe boards, data projector, video and smart board

 

 

 

 

Due to an increase in late cancellations, and non attendance for meeting rooms, we have regrettably had to introduce a cancellation fee. 

 

The charges are as follows:

 

For non attendance with no notification 100% of the room fee will be charged.

 

For a cancellation with less than 5 working days notice 50% of the room fee will be charged.
