Regenerating Clay Cross
It is the ambition of North East Derbyshire District Council supported by Clay Cross Parish Council to create a thriving town centre, high quality affordable homes, excellent health and leisure facilities and parks for all to enjoy. The plans have been put together under the 'Clay Cross Regeneration Framework' and include the development of a Tesco store which has just been given approval for work to commence. It is hoped that work on the site will start in September
